When you sign up for a therapy intensive, I will create a completely customized workbook for you to start your journey. We will utilize this workbook in our intensive session together, and it will be a tool for you to revisit whenever you’d like!
3-hour Intensive Session
After our consultation, we will schedule your 3-hour intensive. During this time together, we will get to know your inner system, dive deep into the healing work, and leave you with a more profound understanding of who you are and how your inner world operates.
Follow Up Call
After our intensive, we can schedule an optional follow up call for continued integration with your system.
